Building from Source

Prerequisites

  • JDK 17+
  • Maven 3.9+
  • Windows: Visual Studio 2019+ or C++ Build Tools

Build

Windows

compile.bat
mvn clean package

The build script compiles the native C++ library (build/fasttheme.dll) and Maven packages it into the root of the JAR under native/fasttheme.dll.

Installation

Troubleshooting

JNI UnsatisfiedLinkError

If you get UnsatisfiedLinkError, ensure that FastCore is present on the classpath, as it automatically extracts and loads the embedded native/fasttheme.dll at runtime.
