It is currently not possible to modify the settings.cfg via the modify settings.cfg button. The issue is that BlueSky reads settings.cfg from the simulation node. Therefore, it would only be possible to modify if BlueSky server has access to the file.
Therefore, we will only implement the modify settings.cfg for the case where both WebATM and BlueSky can access the file.
