Add Skill Cards #49

Description

@danielholanda

A Skill Card is a per-skill release document that should be completed before broadly sharing a skill, especially if the skill can use tools, call APIs, create files, or affect production workflows.

A Skill Card should clearly document:

  • Description: What the skill does.
  • Owner: Who is responsible for it.
  • License/Terms: Usage and redistribution rules.
  • Use Case: Intended users and purposes.
  • Deployment Geography: Where it is designed to be used.
  • Risks & Mitigations: Potential issues and safeguards.
  • References: Supporting documentation, research, or model cards.
  • Output: What the skill produces and in what format.
  • Version: The release or signing identifier covered.
  • Ethical Considerations: Governance, misuse risks, and user responsibilities.
