Zig 0.16 on Windows fails to hash libusb

I am getting this error: unable to hash 'libusb-a61afe5f75d969c4561a1d0ad753aa23cee6329a\README.md': Unexpected while compiling SDL3 on Windows. Currently I am fixing by replacing the libusb hash change in this commit e0e2944 for mitigation of #20. Am I missing something? I know how I would fix it if it is actually an issue and am happy to put a pull request together.

Thanks for the report & investigation! I didn't catch this since I typically cross compile to Windows, not sure why CI didn't catch it though I'll have to look into that at some point. (edit: it could be that it's resolved in latest Zig and I've just been testing CI on #23 not master)

I believe this is a known Zig issue, I'll update this comment with a link to it if I track it down. Regardless I agree that the resolution is to switch this back to the .zip file since this failure is more serious, and the issue in #20 has already been resolved in master branch Zig.
