Deployment events are not being received via WebSocket

I have updated the sdl by clicking on update deployment

After few updates , events are not being recieved via websocket , as we can see just a ping pong events are emmitted , but not the events

I have waited for more than 10 mints - but no luck

tested logs as well , they are being received from websocket

This is a known issue, events are not persisted in k8s and after some time they're not available anymore. cc @troian

We should display something instead of infinite loading after some time.
