Deps: pycryptodome 3.24.0 (transitive, lock-only) (#155)

## Summary

Maintenance sweep. `uv lock --upgrade` moves one package: `pycryptodome`
3.23.0 to 3.24.0, a transitive dependency (via `eth-keyfile` under
`eth-account`, reached through the `tempo` and `server` extras).
Lock-only: `pyproject.toml` is unchanged, so the published package is
identical and no release is owed.

Worked with: Varun.

Not done: nothing else in this repo moved. Every other dependency
resolves to its latest; Actions pins and workflow input versions (uv
0.12.23, osv-scanner 2.6.0) are current; OSV over `uv.lock` reports
nothing.

## Test plan
