Ability to open by merge request id

Great plugin!

Would appreciate the ability to provide a merge request id.
As it seems to be a hard limit of 50 open merge request in the picker when running :CodeReview at least with gitlab as the provider.

Ahh it's paginated prob. will fix it that it loads them all. then you can filter it

Seems like there still is a limit of 100

@DrSteam1111 was the 100 cap on gitlab as well? as there was a bug with GH on the pagination but GL is on spec.

@afewyards yes, haven't tried on GitHub only noticed it on Gitlab.
