hi , very nice paper and tool to estimate the cell entropy. I have a problem when i did analysis using this tool
error when running ccat.v <- CompCCAT(exp.m = lscChu0.new, ppiA.m = net13Jun12.m)
my lscChu0.new data has 3000 cells, however when i ran the code, the ccat.v always gave me the demo result of list with 447 characters, appreciate your help.
