What is missing?

Operations GetAssetAdministrationShellVersionByIdAndDate and GetSubmodelVersionByIdAndDate for clients to retrieve the state of an AAS and Submodel that were active at a defined point in time.

How should it be fixed?

Add GetAssetAdministrationShellVersionByIdAndDate and GetSubmodelVersionByIdAndDate in AAS Repos and Submodel Repos
