[RSCS] Measurements lag from time to time

Issue tracked down by observing occasional lags in the walker loop in RAQMC.
During the lag the following error appears in RSCS logs:
[ERROR] 2025-01-22 11:13:02 (/home/user/base/LabMate/rscs/uhfd.c:680): uhfd_quick_measure_dev_rssi: uhfman_set_select_param failed with error 4
This causes raqmc walker to lag until the error goes away. The lagging happens from time to time

Update: This happens when the pCtx->pollin_timeout timeout elapses in the poll syscall (ypdr200_frame_recv uses poll to read from serial with a timeout - currently set to 100ms by uhfman in uhfman_device_take)
