Perform additional exact-artifact qualification on quintet-desktop under its verified security configuration, publish and validate an RC, then publish stable 0.5.0 after normal reviews/CI and final-byte host checks. Diagnostic-only: safeToUnlock=false; no unlock, process termination, native-file deletion or force fallback. Homebrew (#42) is Long-Term; multi-home listing (#119) and shadowed-installation diagnostics (#121) are Post-0.5.0. Broader High-token support, holder attribution and cooperative recovery research remain in Windows support (Rust). Release Please owns versions/releases; npm PR #167 is separate.
