Feature Description
The amplitude of the waveform is quite low. Barely moves with most songs. Would like it to be more visible.

Okay; after a bit I think I know what's going on here.

That happens when your app (be it Music or Spotify) is pushing audio at really low volume. The way I'm tapping into audio streams is affected by the volume of the app itself.

That's why I've never had that issue: I always touch the general macOS output volume, and not the per-app volume slider.

Can you try

1. Raising the Apple Music / Spotify volume bar to the max
2. Lowering the global macOS system volume

and telling me if the bug persists?

Always have Music and Spotify own volume at max. So no change.

Same song/time in iOS. Would like it to be that responsive / high... Good idea to make more bars.
