Bug - unable to re-take any quests

It seems recent switch of Seasons has uploaded an older file that has caused issues with weather, base limits, and quests. I was previously able to refresh and retake quests each Wednesday but I am unable to take on any quests at all.

You have too many active quests - max is now 10 for server stability you need to finish the quests you have active and reduce the number below 10 to be able to accept more

Quest limit is currently 10 maximum quests (it was 20), and the territory flag thing is fixed, sorry about that. I'll look into the weather.

The game constantly scans through all active quests and checks objectives/distances/items held/AI bots/etc/etc/etc

So with dozens of players x 20+ quests active x all the quest checks, can be taxing on the server, so I wanted to test if reducing the quest load per player would help reduce lag for everyone particularly while driving.

I'm trying to help fix the issue with vehicles rubberbanding but it seems the only solution is a wipe (which I've been trying to put off as long as possible as I haven't had time to prepare a new wipe yet). I'll revert it back to 20 for now but next wipe it will probably be 10 max quests per player active at a time to reduce server load.

The test server currently runs perfectly fine with a fresh wipe, no rubberbanding at all when driving - I think the rubberbanding is because we have 90,000+ items hoarded in storage (normally a server has a max of ~20-30k items lying around) and a lot of bases around the place causing network load on the game. DayZ doesn't care if you're near a base or not - the server still needs to track all items in storage, and I believe it's the cause of the rubberbanding (since a freshly wiped server with all the same mods & config runs smooth as butter while driving)

I hadn't realised the quest reduction was intentional, and if it may reduce the lag then by all means please reimplement it. I made an assumption that these issues were all linked to the Season change, is my reason for posting. I'm more than happy to cancel quests I won't be doing immediately if it helps the rubber banding to any degree.
