Fan Modes Regarding Cpu

Hello Everyone,
i just installed this app after finding out that MControlCenter didn't work for my laptop. My laptop is an "MSI 15H AI C1MG-096IT" and i have it on dual boot with windows 11 and linux mint.
The reasorn why McontrolCenter didn't work for me was that there was supposed to be a missing kernel about "ec_sys kernel module not found". After many tries i decided to look elsewhere.
So after diggin around i found this repo and it worked for me flawlessly with visual studio code. I just boot this directly from terminal.
And i have some questions that i want to ask for my cpu, an "Intel Core Ultra 5 125h":

1. I seem to have some issues when i am in "basic mode" because the other day i let it ran and my cpu reached at 100°C without the fan even spinning.
2. Is the settings inside the 2 python files regarding a certain type of cpu? If so, that could explain issue number 1.
3. Is there any way to make it run after startup?
