Deleting first entered System Defense filter fails #116

Description

@willp

When I have no other system defense config, and then add one filter, I cannot delete that filter at any point. Even when it's never been put into use.
The error message I get is: "Unable to remove filter, make sure it's not in use."
I'm using Mesh Commander v0.9.5 against an Intel AMT v12.0.96.
This is the only AMT host I have, I haven't tried against any other versions.

Is there a way to work around this and manually delete this filter? It's a filter I don't ever want to activate, and makes me nervous because I accidentally made a drop all filter.
I understand it won't be active unless I add it to a policy and make that policy active, but it feels like I made a time-bomb for myself.

Thanks so much for MeshCommander! It's an amazing tool. I really appreciate your time.
Please let me know if you need more information, or if I'm just being dumb here.
Thanks!
