FW version reported is 1.0.0 after flashing 1.5.0

Before flashing fw-ykush3-1.5.0-ptn-fus.hex
ykushcmd ykush3 --firmware-version
Firmware version-1.5.0

After:
ykushcmd ykush3 --firmware-version
Firmware version-1.0.0

Is that expected?
I was expecting to see 1.5.0

Now the device is not found anymore.
Any option to force it in recovery mode to flash again the FW?
