Including private key backup option in XDC web wallet #24

Hello Team,
While the previously reported issues have all been resolved, I came across another issue in the web wallet at https://wallet.xinfin.network. Users who create wallet using Mnemonic Phrases/Password combination do not get access to private keys for the wallet which can be used as a backup to import the same account to some other wallets if needed, which wasn't the case earlier on https://wallet.xdc.network. Private key access is available for wallet created using keystore file option though.
This has caused some issues earlier too. So I'd suggest enabling the private key backup option for everyone irrespective of the method they chose to create the wallet. It'll be highly appreciated and improve the UX drastically.
