The 6.1 kernel has a number of Kbuild and architecture changes
that required us to update our devsrc recipe. With these changes
we are once again able to build on target modules for all
supported archectures.

(From OE-Core rev: a3972b3f919400a12bb9a546ae98092cbfdcdbb8)

Note: This also affects building kernel modules with the SDK. When trying to execute "make prepare" or "make modules_prepare" an endless loop occurs as some crucial files (e. g. Kbuild) are missing in the kernel-devsrc. As meta-xilinx uses a kernel with version v6.1+, it is necessary to backport this patch to langdale.
