Also in the DE tool, if a group of cells is compared, then you want to modify which cells you compare and re-run the analysis, there is not easy way to do this since the only option is to “Submit another job(refresh page)”. This is especially maddening if you have a complex set of cells selected that you are comparing and you have to regenerate the selections from scratch instead of just making the small tweak you wanted to.
