Canvas Version 15 pre-release branch's tags in storybook and component UXI tags should match with the prerelease NPM tag.

🐛 Bug Report

Canvas-Kit v15 alpha releases report the %VERSION% as a v14.x.x release in UXI tags and storybook.

To Reproduce

1. Look at the storybook version in the top left in any CK15 alpha storybook.
2. Open any Canvas Kit v15 alpha storybook, inspect any component for its UI tag.

Expected Behavior

The version reflected in the component tag, as well as storybook, should match the prerelease version tagged by NPM, and not the latest tag.
