[Bug] Test Run Report stuck on "Loading report data..."

Description:
The Report page from Tests section never finishes loading. It remains indefinitely stuck on the "Loading report data..." spinner

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to Tests section in a Workspace
• Open the Reports tab
• Wait for the report to load (with any milestone filter, including "All Milestones")

Expected behavior:
The report loads and displays test run results.

Actual behavior:
The page remains stuck on "Loading report data..." indefinitely. No data is ever displayed.
