Switching provider due to network restrictions doesn't seem to work.

Title, I forked the repo and cloned it into StackBlitz IDE. I went to the config.js folder, commented out the SayoBot block and uncommented the NeriNyan block under that, then hosted with "npx serve .". I have tested the NeriNyan API to ensure that it is not blocked on my network. Am I doing something wrong? :(
