PSSI, SSP pretty sure are both returning probabilities of sec struct classes, suggest 1 function called "SSP" with mode="wang_2002" or mode="marsh_2006" or something like that
Think this might already be happening under the hood in PANAV rereferencing using wang jardetsky method. if so, refactor that to use the same
