If you use the 馃挰 react to quote a message, Tablebot does not prevent you from removing and readding the react. It doesn't add any message multiple times (instead outputting an error message) but:
- It could add a react to the message itself to prevent the situation arising
- It shouldn't post a message declaring the quote was unsuccessful as it does not clearly indicate what it's responding to
