Major refactoring

Now that the core features are working and working well, I have refactored one of my larger 'god' files into several smaller ones. They seem to be working well, but if you experience any issues, please let me know!

Recent Changes:

1. Added in FTP/SSH access for non-local deployment and the results have been fantastic!
2. Paginated Production queue with timestamps, badges, logs, and removal of duplicates.
3. Modified deployment process to offer safer replacement by creating full production build before replacing existing files. This ensures error reduction during the process.
4. Rollbacks allow for quick 'undo' for deployment, allowing for user to roll back recent deployment if it caused errors.
5. Tidied up the docs a little more, adding in a better mobile experience.

Overall, I think the product is in a good state to call it a full release, but am open to any suggestions for improvement.
