in content script css import is not working in production build (its working perfectly in development build)

i have exactly the same problem.

solution is to add manually your content.css file to public folder and edit public/manifest.json to add following line:

  "content_scripts": [
    {
      "matches": [
        ...
      ],
      "css": ["content.css"],

then content.css is injected in final build.

however this should be fixed by @VasilyShelkov in future releases :)
