• Ensure all Free-text is standardised as “free-text”
• Update the coding system name from “ICD10_2019” to " ICD10"
• Update the coding system names from "ICD9PROC" to "ICD9PCS"
• Update the coding system names from "NCSP" to "NCMPNCSPNCRP"
• Update the coding system names from NCMP-NCSP-NCRP" to "NCMPNCSPNCRP"
