In the initial free text search, sometimes I enter a list of ICD10 codes and descriptions and when I click on search, it does not capture all, i.e. not all are highlighted in yellow, so that these do not appear later as a results of my search and I have to enter those manually. This is very strange since ICD10 is a common dictionary and all codes should be possible to be mapped.
