ICPC coding system

Why is it that even though the UMLS system is updated regularly, the ICPC codes are still only available in the 1993 version? Why don’t we have the most recent ICPC version (e.g., 2025) incorporated into Codemapper? Is the latest ICPC version not included in the UMLS system? https://viewers.nhg.org/icpcviewer/?zoekstring=B90&geslacht=vrouw
If the most recent version is not included in UMLS, what would you suggest as the best way to incorporate this version of the dictonary into codemapper?
