Integrated event definition form

A mapping can now include an event definition form (EDF). Navigate to your mapping, select the first tab Mapping, and click on Event definition form to show the EDF. Click on the button Edit to open a simple editor to modify the EDF.

Thanks, the functionality is in the main CodeMapper. I keep this discussion open, until we feedback on it, to see whether it needs further improvement.
