Dashboard login alert if not your account

Hi,

In the admin dashboard the alert box saying:

"Not [USERNAME]? Log in using your account." is shown on every page. Thats is not necessary and should only be rendered
if there is a logic behind it.

This comes from: "views/dashboard-widgets/login-form.php" line 19

And is shown on every plugin page in admin dashboard.
