Dock Disappears with a Very Specific Chain of Inputs to it

It is quite hard to describe in text so I recorded 2 videos, it happens on both Fashion Mode and Efficient Mode, make sure to follow the video very meticulously:

Also, to fix it when the dock disappears due to this bug or any other bug, press Alt + F2, and then type in: nohup dde-dock &

This will relaunch it detached from the terminal so you can close it.
