Consider updating default compute capability to 7.0

The default setting fails to compile on Otachi. This is to due to the default being 3.7 and the minimum supported being 7.0.

We should consider checking if Rajiu and Ghidorah also require a minimum compute capability of 7.0 and updating the default accordingly.
