Basic UI structures for the pages

create the replica of the prototype (without backend)
- create the reader side
- create the admin side

• finish UI for all the pages that were created before.

worked on the admin page for the week 3/8. Reader page for the week 3/15

made changes to the page switching features of the reader page, and now, most of the reader page looks good to go..

need to make changes on the admin side, especially forms

forms changed.. looks much better with form-creation, raffle, and announcements updated according to the most recent prototype
