Raffle Functionality - Admin #204
Description
The Reading Huddle Admin side should allow the functionality of their raffles. This consists of taking the tickets from users and giving them the appropriate percent chance to win said raffle.
Acceptance Criteria
To consider this story "Done," the following must be completed:
- The Admin should be able to click a button to spin the raffle for all users.
- The Admin should be able to immediately see the raffle winner.
- The site should automatically remove raffle tickets from all participants and offer compensation rewards.
- The site should notify the admin if they try to spin the raffle while there are no current ticket holder users.
