Overview

On a /profile/[username] page display the users profile picture, username, and all the files they have uploaded using the FilesGrid. Follow the design of the header from the settings page with a card below that all the file cards will be in. This will require a new TRPC procedure to get files by username

Use the new src\components\form\CreatedNotes.tsx component and remove its use from the settings page.

When implementing the profile page, add a SavedNotes section that displays all notes the user has bookmarked (via savedNote.getSavedNotes). This depends on the save notes feature in #132.
