Maven Repository down?

The maven repository at http://atlanta.usc.edu:8081/artifactory/repo seems to be down at the moment, so that the required dependencies in order to build violist cannot be obtained.

You can manually add the graphs.jar to the build dependency. This jar is under the root directory currently.

I am still finding a way to let maven load this jar automatically. But it seems that maven could not figure out which repository this jar is in.
