Youtube started to implement IP soft-ban more and more aggressively, initially it was only VPNs and public IPs because they couldn't control the traffic but it's happening now on regular home user IPs.
This happened to me lately: not sure if it's because i have a lot of channels subscriptions or just regular video watching but Youtube interprets TypeType as a bot and your ip is soft-banned instead, be warned.
Implementing a Proxy feature could temporarily alleviate and avoid having our ISP banned without having to do complex VPN routing for just Youtube.
