Description
CoreBench obtains very low scores when running on Windows due to its use of process priority differing to Linux. Linux uses the Completely Fair Scheduler method, assigning each program variable "nice values" to determine their priority. Windows uses a Dynamic Priority Scheduling System, which works differently and means that demanding programs, especially CLI and Python programs, get very little CPU time. Also, the translation layers for Python on Windows naturally make it more demanding.
