Add migration guide to / from Masstransit & Hangfire #5
Description
One of the core tenets to AsyncMonolith is that it's light and simple, therefore It should be relatively easy for users to migrate their application from or two MassTransit / Hangfire if their usecase is simple. Adding a migration guide will help give users confident that they're not locked in if their applications grow to need a full message broker
