Document the 2026 tool-surface study
Wiki refresh: bring all pages current (merge-gate / verify-first, v0.10, 80+ checks)
Comprehensive refresh of every content page to match the current repo:
- Merge-gate / verify-first positioning + new canonical tagline across Home,
Quickstart, Concepts, FAQ, Architecture.
- Version pins 0.2.x/0.4.x -> v0.10.0; report schema v0.22, packet v0.6,
baseline v0.5; CI filename agents-shipgate.yml; diff-aware Action examples
(fetch-depth: 0, diff_base: target).
- Check catalog 28 -> 80+ with an accurate category map (81 across 19 categories).
- New vocabulary: release decision, capability change, merge verdict / verifier;
exit code 6; SARIF + Release Evidence Packet outputs; outputs tables now lead
with decision / merge_verdict (status marked legacy).
- Manifest tool_sources expanded to all 10 adapters; output.formats include
sarif/packet; corrected the removed-in-v0.4 check_severity_overrides note.
- Trust-Model ALLOWED_EXCEPTIONS framing; Troubleshooting agent-mode error kinds
+ report-vs-packet format split; Plugin-Authoring adapter entry point +
load-time validation gates.
- Softened stale exact finding counts (no fabrication) in Real-World-Examples;
fixed the Home -> OpenAI-SDK section anchor.
