Talkgroups alert not showing in the alerts tab

Describe the bug
Alert goes off, get the notification on the phone, then you go to alerts tab and the alert Is not there
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on TG alert on any tg,wait for a transmission, look for the app notification, go to alerts tab in the app. No alert.
   Expected behavior
   Alert should populate in the alert tab.

This has happened on windows and iOS.
