Add a note to the stargate addresser quest

Describe the suggestion
The first Stargate Addresser Quest (Chapter 5 (Among Stars), Gateway to the unknown #751) should include a note mentioning that you only need the heavy-duty-block structures in the specific dimensions to obtain an address, and that you can then use any stargate in any dimension without the heavy-duty-block structure to actually travel to the address.

There should probably also be a quest mentioning and explaining the stargate controller. Instead of adding a note to the addresser quest, you could add it as part of the explaination in that new quest.
