ExcelPackager not exporting Organization column correctly.

Describe the bug
When Organization column is included in an Excel export, the organization name shows up fine in the UI, but shows up incorrectly as org.tdl.vireo.model.Organization@20 in the exported Excel.

To Reproduce
List - Customize columns - enable Organization column - do a Download Export in Excel.
