Theming issues

Currently, the platform theme is having some issues in general that probably need discussion:

• dense state for buttons is lost.
• mat-tree background color is incorrect
• mat-nav-list selected class color is incorrect
• Toolbar lost its 48px height.
• mat-tab-label is upper case always. Is this what we want?
• There is no accent color anymore
• td-breadcrumbs are upper case always. Is this what we want?

We can have a meeting next week since ill be up in NC tues/wed. And keep this as a thread for decisions made on each of those items.

Still removing the dense state for the buttons, as normal buttons still work nicely in dense toolbars

Yes, this matches the Material spec. Angular Material didn't implement so we're just applying that.

There is no accent color anymore

Put back our primary color (slate) and kept our accent (teal)

Still need to address a dense mode and make component backgrounds transparent so that they inherit the background of their container.

Dense toolbars and layouts was added to covalent as part of 3.0.0-rc.1
