📄 설명

• 스레드 개수를 정함에 있어근거 파악과 API 및 성능확인을 위해 모니터링 시스템을 적용하고자 한다.

✅ 작업할 내용

• 그라파타 및 프로메테우스 기반 모니터링 적용
• 적정 스레드 개수 정하기
• CPU 사용율 알림 기능 추가
