DataService query result tables should be sort- and filterable

I'd like to be able to filter the table and sort on columns.

This will be pretty complicated to implement generally.
This might be better served by pointing individual data services to HTMX table documentation in the data Service creation docs.

The problem is that individual dataservices will want to customize that results table with specific columns, headers, and cell formats.
Currently this is done via a separate partial.
With a general HTMX table for the default table, we probably would want the dataservice to send a complex set of instructions about specific formats. The plumbing for this sounds complex and time consuming.

As an alternative, users could use the HTMX table Docs to create a searchable/sortable htmx table individual results partials.
