Events are displaying in wrong time zone after DST

Expected Behavior

After daylight savings time happens, the events in the Compass should be displayed correctly

Current Behavior

After daylight savings time happens, the events in the Compass are displaying with the old TZ position

Notifications were not sent to an attendee who wasn't in the same timezone

• I created the event in my timezone (CST) before daylight savings changed
• After daylight savings changed, the event doesn't change for me
• However, for the attendee (Victor), the event was moved by an hour
• The attendee didn't receive any notification about the event change

Possible Solution

• Start storing timezones in the event schema so that we can take it into account before sending notifications and follow-ups
• Also relates to the use-case of letting users define the TZ on a per-event or per-calendar basis

Context

This is an edge-case for current Compass users, as we don't even support attendees now
