Launching a session that has a secret fails when you try to use a remote k8s cluster

To reproduce:

• create a new project
• create a new launcher that uses a remote cluster - not the same one as where renku is deployed
• add a secret and save the value
• launching the session will fail

Seen on meteo swiss <-> renkulab.io remote cluster.
