MathJax

Hi,

I attempted to use MathJax in a manual using:

#lang scribble/manual
@(require  scribble-math)
@(use-mathjax)
@${a^2+b^2=c^2}

However it seems the generated HTML refers to KaTeX instead.

Turns out MathJax works if I use with-html5. From the documentation
I got the impression that with-html5 was needed only for Katex.

@title[#:style (with-html5 manual-doc-style)]{Some Title}
